Whole30 Chili

1 pound ground beef, turkey or chicken
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomatao sauce
2 beef broth cubes

Cook ground beef with bell pepper. Remove grease.
Add garlic for a few minutes.
Add rest of ingredients, bring to a boil. Then simmer for an hour.
