ENERGY BALLS


1 cup pitted Medjool datesabout 8

1/2 cup almonds or nuts/seeds of choice

1/2 cup oats quick or classic rolled

1/4 cup flaxseed meal


2 tablespoons chia seeds

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or chocolate chips of choice

1 – 2 tablespoons water as needed
