MEXICAN PIE


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 TS Chili Powder
  • Salt
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 lb. Ground Turkey Meat
  • 1 Can Black Beans, Drained
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Cornbread Mix (Use your favorite. My favorite is House Autry yellow self-rising cornbread.)

DIRECTIONS

  • Cook at 450 degrees
  • Use a 12" pie plate
