Spicy Sriracha Hummus


Drain 1 can chickpeas and add to a food processor along with the 2 tbsp. olive oil, tahini 1/4 c, lemon juice 1/4 c., garlic whole is fine or a spoonful, salt 1/2 tsp., and cumin 1/4 tsp. Process until smooth, adding water or more olive oil as needed. I usually add 1/4 cup water, but you can olive oil for a creamier hummus.

Start with 1 Tbsp of sriracha and add more to your liking. I usually make a couple circles of sriracha in the food processor.

I add hummus to my salad in place of salad dressing.
